Ryan J. Quinn is an associate with Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean LLP where he concentrates his practice in estate planning and estate and trust administration. His goal is to work with families to preserve and transfer their wealth to their loved ones in the most practical and financially favorable manner. Ryan has experience with all levels of estate planning, including drafting simple wills and revocable trusts, irrevocable trust planning and elder law, tax reduction and asset protection planning. Ryan also has an extensive background in assisting fiduciaries and beneficiaries through the trust funding process, transferring real and liquid property and insurance, and updating beneficiary designations to fully effectuate estate plans. Ryan is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA).

Ryan received his Bachelors of Arts in Politics from Framingham State University, where he played football. He completed his Masters degree in Crime & Justice Studies at Suffolk University in the evenings while working full-time at Harmon Law Offices, P.C. Prior to joining Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean, LLP, Ryan was a full-time law clerk and paralegal at Cushing & Dolan, P.C. in the Elder Law Group for 8 years. During his time at Cushing & Dolan, P.C., he spent his evenings studying for his Juris Doctorate at New England Law | Boston, which he received in May 2020.

While in law school, Ryan developed a broad interest in the NFL salary cap, contracts and negotiations. He competed in the Tulane University Professional Football Negotiation Competition and finished in the Final Four in consecutive years out of 36 National Law School teams. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and friends; especially his nephews and is a Kansas City Chiefs football fan.
