Amanda Mulhall is Of Counsel with Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean, LLP. Amanda’s practice is centered around Estate Planning for young families with minor children, as well as Estate and Trust Administration. Amanda has observed that many traditional estate plans are not properly tailored to reach the goals of families with minor children, so she has created a practice with these families in mind. She also recognizes that the Estate Planning process can be intimidating for clients and strives to create a supportive environment to foster empowered decision making. In addition to planning, Amanda helps guide her clients through the probate and estate administration processes, including estate and fiduciary income taxation.
Amanda has focused her career on Estate Planning since clerking for a solo practitioner in Boston as a law student and later as an associate. Amanda moved to a midsized firm in Wellesley in 2015 to focus on probate administration, and then a small firm in Acton where she focused solely on Estate Planning for families. Amanda opened The Law Offices of Amanda L. Mulhall in February, 2019 and joined Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean, LLP in November, 2019.
Amanda lives in Westborough with her Redbone Coonhound, Louise, and enjoys distance running and classical singing.
